October 9, 2009 1. Kathy DeSimone is giving temporary placement of Jessica and Joseph, in joint custody, to John Brosnahan for one year. At completion of one year, both parents will evaluate present conditions and decide at that point what is in the best interest for the children. 2. This agreement will only take place if both children have separate bedrooms per DCYF requirements. 3. Kathy DeSimone will have visitation with each child separately during the week for approximately two hours each. This will be discussed between both parents weekly. Also, Kathy will have visitation every other weekend from Friday night to Sunday evening at seven p.m. 4. Kathy will pay the sum of $100.00 every two weeks in child support to John, payable by check every other Friday. 5. The garnishment will remain in effect for the first year, but Kathy will return all child support ($180.00) weekly to John. Upon reevaluation after one year, if the children continue to stay with John, a court order will be obtained for child support negotiations. 6. If at any time during the trial period or after the trial period the children return to living with Kathy, All child support agreements prior to this one will go back in effect. 7. John shall be responsible for the kids transportation to and from Gorton Jr. high school at all times. 8. All court orders concerning medical coverage and co pays shall remain in effect. Both parties shall submit monthly requests to each other for whatever money is owed due to medical expenses for the children. The $690.00 owed to Kathy DeSimone in back medical expenses by court order will be reimbursed by December 26, 2008.
