ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Bruce Parrott, and have advised the Court that all things and matters in controversy have been fully compromised and settled and that the parties desire that the Court enter this Order dismissing the lawsuit with prejudice. The Court having considered the premises is of the opinion that the request is well taken and enters this his Order; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff Bruce Parrott's suit against Dallas Community Television is hereby dismissed with prejudice to his rights to refile and all costs are taxed against the party incurring same.
