employees to ensure proper cleanliness and sanitary guidelines. Responsible for periodic employee procedure adherence evaluations, as well as mid year and end of year, performance based assessments. Train new employees to use special project equipment as well as newly introduced machinery. Also responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Goodwill Industries of North Florida- July 2005-August 2006 · Facilities Coordinator \ Assistant Manager of Janitorial Training. Performed preventative maintenance for 42 sites in the northeast Florida region, Responsible for managing a group of 5-10 custodial trainees, train them to perform various custodial and warehouse work practices. Maintain a work schedule for routine maintenance which reduced cost to the company. Performed occasional emergency building repair, fire code adherence, building inspections and night shift escort for contractors.

Aerotek Temporary Agency contracted to NMCI April 2004February 2005 · Material Handler Performed inventory on stock in warehouse. Delivered and setup computers to specified locations. Remove and replaced computers and conducted inventory on them. Use PDA to scan computers for inventory and shipment. Prepare and pull orders for outgoing shipments, delete all information on government machines installed DOS 6.22, and prepared computer for resale. Set up appointments for sales and sold the computers to customers within the military. The Atlantic Group September 2001-May 2005 · Hyco Lake fossil fuel power plant Assisted in boiler refurbish and structural modifications. Involved in rigging and heavy lifts. Cutting off bolt heads, removed T-iron, and washed off old welds. Extensive use of grinders and cut-off wheels. Removed and replaced large gate valves, bolt them in place and insure proper installation with instruction from job supervisor as well as QA/QC. Our company was recognized for completing this Outage in approximately 1 month and without recordable injury and minimal rework. · Mayo fossil fuel power plant -welders helper Helped cut stainless steel shields to length, to cover wear spots on the boiler tubes. Accomplished this outage in only four days and task completed without incident or rework. · Catawba Nuclear Station (Duke power)- Ice Condenser Outage Performed general vibrating and flow channel cleaning. Also performed support functions in lower and upper ice. Removed and replaced deck doors, set support beams, removed and replaced curtains. I have worked at McGuire power plant. I have performed ice condenser functions at DC Cook in Michigan as well. · Surry Nuclear Power Station- Mechanics Helper Performed weekly preventative Maintenance on fish screen structures. Assisted with maintenance on water pumps / valves. Installed ball valve on structure. Rebuilt fish screen structure

Rebuild 6” to 12” globe valves, MOVs, gate valves, ball valves, swing check valves and high performance butterfly valves on nuclear and steam driven Naval air craft carriers. Disassemble valves, clean, inspect and repair stem bonnet disk and manifold, cutting globe valve disks at 43 degrees cutting seat in manifold at 45 degrees, machining bonnets and shafts. Replace, repair or make new studs out of allthread. Extract broken studs and repair internal threads, other duties as assigned.
