JOB Phnom Penh LOCATION: HR Manager Job Summary:
•
Prepare HR Strategy Plan and Policies, Staff Recruitment, Assessment
•
To support that present and future employee competencies required to meet business objective are developed by performance management initiative and competencies assessment
•
To ensure that employee’s performance is aligned forwards achieving the company objective through individual training plan and career development.
•
Promote values consistent with supporting TNT‘s investors in people accreditation in all interactions with all internal customers.
•
Ensure Corporate Social Responsibility is met as set out in the framework documents
•
Ensure efficient HR admin support for the company.
•
To ensure personnel profile is met the requirement of Cambodia Labour law and Division Head Office in Netherlands.
•
Prepare monthly accurate payroll.
•
Conduct/facilitate training to all employees aligned to training plan
•
Contribute to the climate of active continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems.
•
Comply with legislative obligations and company policies including, TNT Business Principles and other TNT Whistleblower
Qualification:
•
Minimum 3years experience in generalist HR role – preferably in multi site environment
•
Experience in practical application of awards and employment related law
•
Demonstrated experience in applying policies, industrial awards and legislative obligations
•
Experience working in an administration roles
•
Experience working in a small human resources team (desirable)
•
Understanding of HR practices and principles
•
Ability to implement strategy and action plans
•
Computer Literacy with Microsoft excel, word and power point
•
Good people management and teamwork
•
Advance English language, both written and verbal
IT Supervisor Job Summary:
•
To ensure that all Data Processing used by the company perform to company standards
•
To Identify areas of the business that would benefit from computerization and assist in the development and installation of computer based applications
•
To control and support all IT & Communication hardware & software
•
Hands on support of day-to-day activities, including the need to ensure system availability meets business needs and management reporting
•
Provide helpdesk support all system users
Qualification:
•
A degree holder in IT (or related field)
•
Experience with complex global WAN/LAN networks and structured cabling
•
At least 5 years experience within multination organization
•
Familiar with Microsoft server products/Software
•
Knowledge on security (i.e. firewalls, anti-virus software)
•
Experience with communication equipment
•
Project management experience & System implementation
•
Experience in providing excellent helpdesk support to users
•
Able to work under pressure
•

Field Sales Executive Job Summary:
•
To develop and maintain revenue that meets territory targets
•
To determine customer needs and provide the best service solution

To develop the territory through organizing professional sales activity

To develop new business by analyzing the market characteristics of the territory and maximsing opportunities
•
To perform all sales administration activity essential to sustaining revenue and customer satisfaction goals
•
To assist in development of the sales strategy
Qualification:
•
University graduate-Bachelors
•
Excellent selling skills are more important than qualifications although a high level of literacy is required
•
2-5 years experience in a (multinational) company or in the service industry
•
Self-starter and have pro-active attitude
•

•
Valid driving license
Indoor Sales Executive Job Summary:
•
To achieve profitable revenue growth through the development, over the telephone, of long term customer relationships enabling high levels of retention and acquisition of new business
•
To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer services
•
To win the set target customers within a specific geographic territory in order to generate and meet revenue targets
•
Provides a channel of communication between TNT and its customer, facilitating resolutions of complaints and queries
•
Support the management of Filed Sales Executive agenda
Qualification:
•
University graduate-Bachelors
•
1 year experience in telesales or sales (New graduates are welcome)
•
Strong communication and negotiation skill

Service-minded and good English command
•

Service Quality Supervisor Job Summary:
•
Report directly to Operations Manager and Regional Service Quality Manager.
•
Manage the Operations Performance by making sure that system, process, communication and operations projects are analyzed and successfully implemented.
•
Work closely with every department and section to pursue service improvement and cost reduction.
•
Regularly maintain Operations systems such as MSD, CDD, WWTT, TWIG and so on.
•
Identify service failures, provide analysis, produce daily and weekly report on service performance, and provide service improvement and action plan to Operations Manager and Regional Service Quality Manager.
•
Assist Operations Manger in implementing action plans and operations projects.
•
Work as ambassador and facilitator between clearance team, PUD, Sales and CS team.
•
Lead the Service Quality team to provide expected services to both internal and external customers as well as Regional, Business Unit and TNT Group.
Qualification:
•
Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA), Management or Economics
•
Experience in Express industry or logistics is a plus.
•
Advanced computer skills in MS-Office
•
Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing skills)
•
Initiative, proactive and strong commitment.
•
Good people management and teamwork.
•
Reasoning & Thinking skills: Analytical ability to identify issues and support them with appropriate actions.

•
Providing customers with friendly and professional multi-channel communication;
•
Providing customers with accurate information based in their needs;
•
To identify and act on selling opportunities to retain revenue by providing suitable solutions to customers’ requirements;
•
To deal with booking exceptions and/or with cross-location booking calls/e-mails in a productive and high quality manner;
•
To ensure transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
Qualification:
•
University Graduate;
•
One-year experience in a customer service environment, including complaint-handling responsibilities;
•
Able to communicates effectively with customers and colleagues;
•
Computer literacy with using PC equipment and software;
•
Flexible and integrity;

Advance speaking, writing and listening English languages.
