is 8.1% over the month up from 6.9% and up from 4.4% the previous year  5 Boroughs up to 8.4% over month from 7.3% and up from 4.5%  NYC

(not all bad news but…)

 Inflation

hasn’t significantly increased…  Announced # of job cuts declined for the 2nd straight month…
