Assisted in the development of filing categories for each practice area, developed department processes and coordinated the move of over 50,000 files from a decentralized location to a centralized location. Collaborated with the IT department’s analyst regarding records technology implementation in firm wide. Brainstormed in the creation and development of an end-user records search tool on the firm intranet. Daily interaction with attorney’s and staff members resolving records related issues and needs. As a result of the file conversion project became familiar with the following areas of law: Employee Benefits, Product’s Liability & Toxic Torts, Health Care, Labor & Employment, Business Transaction , Estate Planning, IP & Trademark , Public Agency, Litigation.
