Setting up the e-mail process. a. The user from which the e-mails are sent must have the current jde.ini table changed

This needs to be changed to a generic company e-mail address

Setting up work center with employee e-mail addresses. a. Before an e-mail will be sent, the individual address book has to be set-up to show the appropriate e-mail address. b. This is done in the Employee Work Center i. Menu

1. iii. Inquire on the Address Book to be set-up iv.

v. Select the ‘Preference’ row exit vi.

vii. Enter the e-mail preference 1. e-mail preference = ‘3 for Outlook

viii. Enter the e-mail address.
