Overall aim of the workshop To provide managers and staff with an introduction to the understanding, skills and self-knowledge knowledge they need in order to deal with conflict constructively.

The mediation agreement Session 5. Employment law and Mediation a. Overview of the employment law practices b. statutory disciplinary procedure c. Acas code of practice and guidance d. Discrimination law and mediation practice Session 6. Mediation in practice Participants will experience mediation through a range of scenarios and role plays.
