1) What % of development in your last project was spent developing core Java objects and code from scratch vs. the % developed with code generators? 2) How would you rate your core Java knowledge on a scale of 1-10 and why? 3) What was the most challenging project you worked on and why? 4) What is the most recent version of Java you have worked with? Which features of Java 1.5 have you worked with? 5) Do you have experience in one project with the end to end, SDLC of an application/solution from conception through implementation? Please describe the project, including the length of the project, scope, and your role within that project. 6) In your last project, on which tier or tiers did you work primarily? Please describe what you were doing and how your apps/processes interacted with the environment overall. 7) Do you have experience with Hibernate? How many years? Are you a beginner, intermediate, or expert? 8) On a scale of 1-10, how do you rate your Database development skills? Have you written your own Stored Procedures?
