I have been on 3ABN (Three Angels Broadcasting Network). I have written a book about my life which the Pacific Press was in the process of publishing. I went to Oakwood College. I used to be the guest speaker at many SDA churches. I used to preach and teach every week. I have numerous awards for literature evangelism. I have received many other accomplishments, but all these things have come to nothing!

3 I have sold drugs, carried guns, lied, stolen, fought, sold women’s bodies, and many other things that I am too ashamed to express. I have been running from God in search of worldly pleasure. I have produced children out of wedlock, and have never found any happiness in any of this. Yet I retained the knowledge of the truth in my wicked state. I’ve been so miserable that I asked God why I am still living. One day I prayed to God and said, “Lord, my heart is not right with you. I am not going to teach your word anymore because I need to be preached to myself!” Ever since that day I have not been behind a pulpit. I had become so disgusted with myself because I ran from my calling!! While in my sin I would find some demon possessed person – whether in a dope house, on the streets, or a passerby teaching falsehood and lies about the Bible, and I’d get so upset that I would have to speak the truth that I knew. While speaking I’d have this inner peace and glow quietly telling me – “Your joy is in doing my will!” This was happening to me countless times in my backslidden state. After that, I would cry out to God and say, “Lord I’m so sorry for leaving you!” Then I’d hear His voice saying, “Surrender all to me.” Then I’d get angry and begin to run again – shutting Him out even more! I was ashamed to show my face in church – thinking that people would talk about me. This was my greatest fear! When I finally brought myself to begin to go back to church, every church and every sermon was teaching about worldly success, foolishness, and baby food. My soul was not fed. This caused me to run even farther. I would say to God, “Where is there a preacher who can teach me?” My mind was so much against the teachers and preachers with their watered-down messages that it made me hate going and sitting in there with them. I am an intellectual person and believe in the intelligent teaching of the word of God, and events lining up with Bible prophecy. My spirit was not bearing with all these babyish sermons. I prayed to God mightily one night and said, “Lord where can I be fed? Where is a minister who can feed my soul?” I heard nothing from the Lord at that time, and continued in my sins! I would go to church and come out still hungry and thirsty. Drums, rock’n roll, rhythm and blues, and country-western singing would be in almost every church I attended, along with walking around during the service, and talking. I would almost always find myself talking to the pastor concerning our duty. I never looked for faults in anyone, but the fire that was deep within me burned to speak the truth. At times I thought that no one on earth was living right, but God always brought my mind to Elijah! Whenever I’d go to church, I’d always came home unfed. I continued my search with no success until one day I wrote to a devoted Christian friend of mine. He is in his eighties and is well-known in the SDA

denomination. When I told him of my dilemma, he sent me two of Pastor Jan’s CCA videotapes. After watching them, I fell to my knees and cried out to God with thanks. He sent me only part 2 and part 8 of that series, but they were enough for me to want more. Soon I got all 15 of them and watched them all. That’s when I started receiving Pastor Jan’s monthly letters. What great joy I had! Not only was my soul blessed and fed, but the guys in this prison have been blessed too. We watch these videos often. My wife loves them too. Once I’m out of this prison, I will do my best to raise money to get the NSL preachers out to the world. My only joy is when I preach and teach the three angels’ messages. I have told my wife that much of our money will go to get the NSL preachers to the people, and she agrees. People are throwing their money away every day, even church people. God has given me many talents, and from now on I intend to use them to advance the cause of the NSL preachers, so that God’s last message will get to the world! If it wasn’t for God using Pastor Jan and the NSL preachers, with his newsletters and the CCA videos, I would probably be dead. The guys that are here with me really appreciate the newsletter! They have grown so much in the past few weeks. I thank God that I can be of help to these brothers. We are grateful for God using you to help us spiritually! Pastor Jan’s letters feed my soul! My prayer for you guys is to stay faithful and keep up God’s work! There are some guys in this prison who insist on writing to you. Thank you for caring for us here in jail! My new work for the Lord has just begun!! My main prayer now is asking the Lord to give me His love in my heart. It seems that I have lots of faith. Now I want God’s love. As I picture myself obtaining God’s love, I see myself being more humble, slow to speak, and dealing with every situation like Jesus would. With God’s love in my heart, I could meet torture or death. I know that God has His true people and true workers around the world. I choose to be one of them. I fell to my knees in prayer and tears.
