US & UK have been major customers in this segment, hence right now this segment is in a precarious position. Growth in this sector has been of the order of 30 %. IT Consulting is only a minor component .

Sector is forecasted to reach $ 11 Billion by 2011 Industry mainly deals in Voice based services. In last 3-4 years processes including rule based decision making and research services involving human judgment is leading to new growth avenues.
