NOTIFICATION In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (6) of section 8 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act, 63 of 1948), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendments to the G.O.Ms.No.9, LET&F (Labour) Department, dated: 24.01.2017:AMENDMENTS (i) In para-4 (4), for the words “within 48 hours”, the words “within 24 hours” shall be substituted. (ii) In the Annexure at Sl.No.4 in Column No.2, for the words “Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories, Hyderabad I” the words “Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories, Hyderabad (Rural)” shall be substituted. (iii) In the Annexure at Sl.No.7 in Column No.3, for the words “Districts of Warangal I, Warangal (U)” the words “Districts of Warangal (Urban) and Incharge of Warangal (Rural)” shall be substituted. (iv) In the Annexure at Sl.No.22 in Column No.3, for the words “District of Warangal (U) and I/c of Warangal (I)” the words “Districts of Warangal (Urban) and Incharge of Warangal (Rural)” shall be substituted.
