is it possible to reword the policies? #3 (part i) -===================================>i think that some of the teachers (including me) are finding it hard to digest. some of the words used were callous and indurate...or so it seems. i believe that management didn't want to sound inhuman in this situation. >a clearer statement of policies would be gladly appreciated by many... =>if it is possible, please try to enumerate specific guidelines or sample situations to which you (the management) can refer to, to be more "just" and "fair". =>the word web defines the word just as being fair to all parties as dictated by reason and conscience and; free from favouritism or self-interest or bias or deception; conforming with established standards or rules. the latter is essential to an organization, as it shows how important it is to have a system. for example by-laws of organization and the constitution. =>it it is possible, i hope that it can sound more "employee-friendly" rather than autocratic.
