miles in one day makes an “Iron Cheek”!

1. Please Register below. 2. Include your name, date of ride, start point, ending point, number of miles, and your email address. 3. We will then log you in our official Log Book, on our IRON CHEEK page! 4. Your Certificate will cost nothing, and you may purchase Iron Cheek Stickers for the price of 3 for $5. 5. Doris Bonus – 50 miles, Yep, she is giving 50 miles to the 500; therefore, anyone doing 450 miles or more is entitled to the certificate & stickers. 6. Liz Bonus - *star cheek sticker – anyone who registers is entitled to purchase stickers, but for those who do under 450 miles: A star * will be affixed to the sticker.

* means less than 500 miles.
