DEFINITION OF QUALITY • ISO 8402 DEFINES; • “ QUALITY IS THE TOTALITY OF FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT BEAR ON ITS ABILITY TO SATISFY STATED OR IMPLIED NEEDS.”
