Insurance And Payment Letter

Zoe’s Travel Service  September 6, 2009  Dear Traveler;    We hope you are as excited as we are about the upcoming Cruisefest 2010.  As you know the original  final payment date is coming up soon, October 1, 2009.  Because of increasing demand for reservations  we are extending the final payment date to November 15, 2009. With this change deposits and  payments will remain fully refundable until the new date November 15, 2009.   A new forfeiture  schedule is included in this mailing.  I also wanted to take this time to cover a few details.   FINAL PAYMENTS:  You will receive an invoice from us, Zoe’s Travel Service with your final payment amounts.  You may pay  this by check or credit card. If you wish to pay by check please send your payment to the address below.   If you want to pay by credit card please call Cheryl at 214‐674‐7693 or leave a message at 866‐373‐5767  (Toll free) and we will get back to you by phone.  Do not hesitate to call with any questions concerning  your invoice.   INSURANCE  We recommend everyone purchase Travel Insurance that covers the entire trip. Many independent  policies only cover the Cruise portion so please check your coverage before purchasing.  Full coverage is  available from Zoe’s Travel Service.    Group coverage is available if everyone in the group agrees to take the group coverage. If we do not  have group coverage available each policy is individually priced.  The group coverage is $70 per covered  person.  In this letter is a chart giving examples of the individual rates.  These are estimates and your  actual cost will depend on the date purchased and your exact ages at the time of the trip.  For your  individual cost please call Zoe’s Travel for a quote.   A summary of each type of policy is also included in  this letter.  Details of each coverage type can be found on Zoe’s Travel Service web site on the  CruiseFest 2010 page.  We will be contacting you in the next few weeks to ask if you are interested in  group or individual coverage.  Again we must have 100% participation to offer group coverage.  Again, please call us if you have any questions.   Thank‐you  Zoe’s Travel Service  Attachments: Insurance Summary and forfeiture schedule
