Catering Experience •

Various Assignments - 1994 to 2005 I graduated from college with qualifications in Catering and Hospitality in 1996. I worked my way up through various establishments to reach the position of Head Chef. I then travelled and worked in various countries and the Channel Islands, including a few new-opening projects. On returning to England I moved to London and began working as a trainee Cocktail Barman. I reached an excellent skill level and was most recently employed as Bar Manager, including cellar and stock management. In 2005 I decided on a career change, as I felt I had a lot more to offer, having strong IT skills and the desire for more sociable hours.
