be sure to cut exactly around the outline The gaps between the tags are needed to lock into place head

Cut out all the shapes, and fold along the lines. Ensure that you cut all the slots marked in the shapes (All slots marked in yellow above) Fold the horizontal lines first, you should be able to get a feel for what the shapes will be like from the diagram. Not all lines in the arms will have to be folded, as some are design lines. Assemble all the shapes, but not the body ( although the lines in the body should be folded), insert all the limbs into the separate body sections, then fold up and assemble the body.
