Instructions to Student Welcome to the Assignment Engine website of the Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning. This website will enable you to take assignments online. You will also receive feedback on your performance in real time.

Students must remember the following points while taking the assignment: 1. Each assignment is of 100 Marks.Minimum passing marks are 50. 2. You must complete the assignment in 2 Hours. 3. You need to answer 47 questions out of 57 total questions, to complete the assignment. That is, you can skip 10 questions. 4. For each assignment you are allowed three attempts. The highest marks obtained out of the three attempts will be considered for your Final Result. 5. If you leave an assignment mid-way it will be considered as 'Incomplete session'. The details of each 'Incomplete session' are stored. 6. he next time you login to complete the assignment you will have to attempt the remaining questions in the remaining time. You can see the statistics of the questions you have attempted and answers selected by you and can then continue with completing the assignment. 7. You are allowed two such 'Incomplete sessions' for the first and second attempt. (In third session you will have to complete the assignment.) But please note that you need to complete the third and last attempt in one session only. 8. The marks assigned to each question are displayed at the top right corner of the screen. 9. The time remaining will be displayed in [HH:MM] format on the top horizontal bar on the screen at all times. 10. After you have completed the assignment, a Score Card will be displayed giving the total number of questions attempted, number of questions correctly answered, number of questions skipped and total marks obtained out of 100. 11. The answers you have given for each question attempted and the correct answer to the question is given in the link The correct answers to all the questions attempted can be viewed by clicking the link on the Score Card. 12. You must print the Score Card and keep it for future reference. 13. Do not use the F5 key to Refresh your browser page. 14. Do not use the Back button on your browser to go to the previous screen. 15. Do not close the page you are viewing using the Close window on your browser. Use the Logout option instead.
