Panasonic Basic Installation Guide

Facility Requirement  Machine should be placed on the horizontal places  Conditions  

Temperature 10ºC-35ºC (~1ºC) Humidity 25%-60%

 Secure enough space for maintenance

Machine setup  Tools:      

Fork lift Plumb Crow bar Measuring Tape Level ruler Spanner

Machine setup  Draw a line (keep mark)  Move the machine at marked location  Keep fixed conveyer of m/c and drawn line at same line  Measure height b/w conveyer and floor

Machine setup  Fix the screw at bottom of m/c 4 corner + 2 middle screw  Connect air supply-0.5Mpa  Connect the power supply 3 phase 200V,50/60Hz  Connect 3 exhaust air connection 5.5-6.5m^3/min

Power Supply  Supply Power: 

200VAC ± 10V or 400VAC ± 10V

 Frequency: 

50/60 Hz ± 5%

 Rated Capacity: 

2.5 kVA

Power Supply  Installation Procedure: 





Open the panel on the right side of the machine Pass the cable through the cable clamp and secure it by rotating clockwise Connect the cable with the main power terminal   

Connecting pin: Weidmuller H4/20D or H6/20 Connection order: PEL1L2L3 Tightening torque: 0.8~1.6 Nm

Air Supply  Supply compressed air to A (in diagram)  Air pressure: 0.49~0.78MPa  Adjust to: 0.49~0.54MPa using the regulator  Air supply: Min. 150L/min (8L/min more for every bulk feeder)

LAN Setup

LAN Setup  Connect Ethernet cable to HUB in the machine and with the line computer (PT installed)

PATLITE Setup  Insert the plug into the socket on the main machine and fix it with a clasp
