Important Instructions 1)

Do not put dates anywhere on service agreement bond and the declaration form.

2)

Make sure that the service agreement bond is duly filled up and you and your surety have put signatures on each page. The last page of the bond has to be attested by two different witnesses and also by two different Gazetted officers or notary.

3)

Surety must have PAN number as it is required on the last page of the bond papers.

4)

Do not overwrite or use whitener any where on the bond papers. Extreme care must be taken to fill up the bond details.

5)

On all your forms, please write your designation as “Executive Trainee-2009” and do not fill date, department and employee number anywhere on any of the forms.

6)

All the photographs on attestation form must be self attested.

7)

Before filling up the declaration form please read all the definitions of the “family”, printed on the form itself.

8)

Make sure that the character certificates in attestation form are signed by two different Gazetted officers.

9)

Please bring 10 latest passport size color photographs with you. Also please bring all the documents duly filled up along with the acceptance letter with you at the time of joining on scheduled date.

10) Please bring the Medical Examination Report with photograph affixed on it along with your identity proof at the time of medical examination. 11) Please report for the medical examination sharp at 7:00 AM at the main gate of Power Management Institute (PMI), Plot No 5-14, Sector-16A, NOIDA. Buses will move at 7.30 AM from PMI to respective hospitals. Please ensure that you appear empty stomach for the medical examination. 12) After completion of medical examination & upon being declared as medically fit, joining will be allowed on meeting the eligibility criteria and on producing all the required documents.

13) You have to make your own arrangement for stay till you are formally given joining in NTPC. 14) Please note that the date of medical examination and joining formalities will not be changed under any circumstances. 15) Male candidates are required to wear dark colour trouser (Black / Nevy Blue) with a white full sleeves shirt on the day of inaugural function. The female candidates will have option to wear either dark colour trouser (Black / Nevy Blue) with a white full sleeves shirt or white salwar suit. Therefore, you are requested to bring your formal dress with you for the inaugural function. NTPC will only provide a tie to male candidates and a multi coulur bandni chunni to female candidates. 16) Please ensure that you have: a. All the certificates in original required to verify your eligibility (10th class certificate, Caste certificate necessarily in enclosed format, disability certificate for Physically challenged candidates, all semester marksheets, provisional or degree certificate, PG marksheets, conversion formula from CGPA to percentage, Joining letter for NTPC Employees). b. Current year’s OBC category certificate (if applicable) in proper format and the undertaking for belonging to Non-creamy layer in the prescribed format. c. Relieving letter from the previous employer in original. d. Your PAN card. If you are not having the Pan card then please apply for the same immediately as without PAN No. salary will not be released. e. Sufficient money to meet general expenses till you receives your first salary. f. One page printed bio data capturing all the necessary information like, DOB, place of birth, Address, Parent’s name and age, caste, roll number, percentage marks from 10th till Graduation or post graduation (semester wise and year wise), domicile, dependents, Name of the school, name of the college. g. Original journey Ticket which will be required to claim your TA once you reach various Project/stations. 17) Most important: One set of photocopies of all the above mentioned documents, duly attested by a Gazetted officer. Candidates without attested photocopies will not be allowed to complete the joining formalities.
