Industrial Relations Act (04/09) Parliament of eAustralia
Definitions: The following definitions defined below relate to this Act specifically: 1. RRP: Recommended Retail Price – The Recommended Sale Price of Goods; 2. RWI: Recommended Wage Index – The Recommended Wages Paid to Employees in Companies by Q Level; 3. Q Level: Quality Level of a Businesses Products – for example, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 or Q5. 4. GFC: Government Funded Company/s Purpose: The Industrial Relations Act outlines Industrial Relations issues and proposals that the eAustralian Parliament ratify relating directly to Industrial Relations Issues within the Country. This Act, if enacted, will become the governing Law and authority for the Department of Industry and its Ministers relating to Industrial Relations with eAustralia. Current Industrial Relations Policies: Part 1. - RRP / RWI Table 1) The RRP/RWI Table to presented before the Parliament and a request made for the Government to adopt and accept it (see image below). 2) The RRP/RWI was voted and accepted by the Government, making it official. This ratification also means that the Government will adopt the RRP / RWI Table contents for its own GFCs owned by the Government. Responsibility: Part 1. - RRP / RWI Table 1) Responsibility for ensuring that the RRP/RWI Table is kept up to date will fall on the Department of Industry and its Ministers, and corny-ratbag. 2) Responsibility for ensuring that the RRP/RWI Table contents is applied to GFCs and other companies owned by the eAustralian Government will fall to the Department of Industry and its Ministers.
