EVAPO-RUST™ • Dual Purpose Wipes - Remove Light Surface & Flash Rust • Liquid - Removes Deep Rust • Excellent Rust Inhibitor - prevents rust from forming up to 6 weeks EVAPO-RUST Wipes have been proven effective to remove light surface and flash rust on all types of mild steel and iron. It is safe on all surfaces and will not harm copper, brass, aluminum, plastic, rubber or vinyl. These unique wipes work against rust in two distinct ways; first, as a rust remover through wiping, rubbing, and/or wrapping; secondly, as a rust inhibitor, by leaving a protective coating on a clean area to prevent additional rust from forming for up to 6 weeks depending on heat and humidity. EVAPO-RUST Liquid is extremely effective in the removal of deep rust.

How It Works EVAPO-RUST works through selective chelation. This is a process in which a large synthetic molecule forms a bond with metals and holds them in solution. Most chelating agents bind many different metals. The active ingredients in EVAPORUST bonds to iron exclusively. It can remove iron from iron oxide but is too weak to remove iron from steel where the iron is held much more strongly. Once the chelating agent has removed the iron, a sulfur bearing organic molecule pulls the iron away from the chelator and forms a ferric complex which remains water soluble. This frees the chelating agent to remove more iron from the rust. This is the outside portion of a heavily rusted water pump and after it was soaked in Evapo-Rust for 4 hours.

Isopropyl Alcohol with Deionized Water (70/30 blend) is a non-aggressive universal cleaner and disinfectant. Our industrial grade wipe material offers the right balance of strength and absorptivity making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. They won’t scratch soft surfaces yet have sufficiently active texture to clean surfaces of soil and dirt. IPA/DI Water is CFC and HCFC free, non-aggressive, quick drying, with only a mild odor. It removes most types of inks, pastes, light oils and contaminants associated with assembly, machining, soldering, printing and most industrial cleaning applications. Ideal for use in surface preparation prior to assembly processes that require various bonding agents such as glues and epoxies, or prior to painting or other surface finishes. Packaged in gallons, drums and spray bottles.

Heavy Duty Degreaser GlobalTech Heavy Duty Degreaser (HDD) is an aqueous cleaner that is more than 90% water based with all ingredients being 100% active. It has been specially formulated to remove all types of grease, oil, grime, and dirt from all types of surfaces including machinery, engines, farm equipment, trucks, buses, trains, tools, work benchs, floors, walls, kitchens. Our HDD utilizes a proprietary “electro-chemistry” technology to clean that works by reversing the normal polarity of the contaminant. The reversal of the polarity causes the like charges of the contaminant and the work surface to repel each other, thereby preventing reattachment to the surface, enabling them to be rinsed or wiped away with ease. HDD has a unique ability to penetrate crevices and orifices to dislodge microscopic contaminants. This method of cleaning drastically improves the cleaning efficiency by minimizing the amount of rinse water needed. Because HDD leaves no ionic contamination behind, it is an excellent cleaner to be used when cleaning electric or electronic equipment and hardware.

SMART-BOND™ Polymer Absorbents SMART-BOND Encapsulating Polymer Absorbents are the highest quality products of their kind. Smart-Bond products reflect years of research and skillful development designed to exceed present day standards. Other spill products do not possess the innovative technology of Smart-Bond and are truly not well designed, developed or researched, simply well marketed. When evaluating SMART-BOND on a price basis, it is important to remember that other products on the market, that even comes close to offering the overall benefits and effectiveness of Smart-Bond, will require at least four (4) or more times the amount of material to effectively encapsulate and solidify the same quantity of spilled hydrocarbon. Since you will need to use less SmartBond, you will need to buy, handle and store less. As the amount of waste generated is significantly reduced, you will also haul, handle and dispose of less waste mass. These factors combined with quick, effective and complete spill control/cleanup and tremendous labor reductions make Smart-Bond an extremely cost effective cleanup product. In addition to these benefits, SMART-BOND polymers possess the unique ability to suppress vapors of the encapsulated hydrocarbons. Furthermore, most products on the market will leach the product that they have absorbed back into the earth, Smart-Bond will never release the encapsulated hydrocarbons. It is also important to emphasize that SMART-BOND H Series Polymer is hydrocarbon specific, i.e. it will only absorb and molecularly bond with the spilled hydrocarbon while repelling any water. Any uncontaminated polymer can be recaptured and reused, adding further to the cost benefits of the product.
