BINTULU PORT HOLDINGS BERHAD

Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company operates in two segments: Port operations and Bulking services. The Port operations segment is engaged in port services and construction services, including construction of port facilities, handling of cargo for liquefied natural gas, petroleum products, liquefied petroleum gas, general cargo, container, dry bulk cargo and other ancillary services. The Bulking services segment provides bulking installation facilities for palm oil, edible oils, vegetable oils, fats and its by-products. Its subsidiaries include Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the provision of port services at Bintulu Port, Sarawak; Biport Bulkers Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the provision of bulking installation facilities for palm oil, edible oils, vegetables oils, fats and its by-products, and Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the development and provision of port services at Samalaju Port, Bintulu, Sarawak.

On 18 February 2019, I bought 1500 units at RM 4.50 per share in total is RM 7,215.00. The share price able to maintain within the range of RM 4.40 to RM4.70 for all the 20 days during the trading. Bintulu Port declared an interim dividend of 6 sen per share, to be paid on April 19. Earnings per share jumped to 18.01 sen from 9.79 sen previously. On its prospects, Bintulu Port said in 2019, the cargoes that are expected to contribute positively towards the group's performance are liquefied natural gas (LNG), palm oil, container and cargoes handled at Samalaju Industrial Port.

CARLSBERG BREWERY MALAYSIA BERHAD

Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad is engaged in the production of beer, stout, cider, shandy and non-alcoholic beverages. The Company's segments include Malaysia, Singapore and Others. Its Malaysia segment includes manufacturing, marketing and distribution of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages by entities in Malaysia. Its Singapore segment includes marketing and distribution of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by an entity in Singapore. Its Others segment includes marketing and distribution of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in geographical locations other than Malaysia and Singapore. The Company's brands include Carlsberg, Kronenbourg 1664, Somersby Ciders, Asahi Super Dry, Royal Stout, SKOL, Jolly Shandy, Nutrimalt, Connor's Stout Porter and Corona Extra. Its subsidiaries include Carlsberg Marketing Sdn. Bhd., Luen Heng F&B Sdn. Bhd., Carlsberg Singapore Pte. Ltd. and MayBev Pte. Ltd.

On 18 February 2019, I bought 1000 units at RM 25.620 per share in total is RM 25,620.00. The share price able to maintain within the range of RM 4.40 to RM4.70 for all the 20 days during the trading. Carlsberg declared a fourth quarter interim dividend of 16.6 sen per share, a final dividend of 22.4 sen per share and a special dividend of 9.3 sen per share, amounting to a total of 48.3 sen per share. This brings its total dividend payout for FY18 to a record high of 100 sen per share. In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, Carlsberg said the improved 4Q profitability was attributable to stronger performance in Malaysia and Singapore operations, coupled with higher share of profit from associate company, Lion Brewery (Ceylon) PLC.

On 18 February 2019, I bought 1000 units at RM 2.470 per share in total is RM 2,470.00. Not every stock represents a wonderful business. It is an exclusive list. Manulife belongs on this list. It is an attractive value play for investors with a long investment horizon. Manulife represents a relatively safe investment with an attractive valuation, a 4.5% dividend yield and solid long-term growth prospects, backed by strong secular tailwinds. Asia, the largest continent on Earth, with a population of 4.5 billion, and its growing wealth and middle class, represents a strong secular tailwind for Manulife.

DAYANG ENTERPRISE HOLDING BERHAD

Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad (Dayang) (712243-U) is an investment holding company that has three wholly owned subsidiaries under its wing which are Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd (DESB) (61505-V), DESB Marine Services Sdn Bhd (DMSSB) and Fortune Triumph Sdn Bhd (FTSB). The company’s operations commenced with DESB in 1980 whose initial business was the trading of hardware materials and supply of manpower for the offshore oil and gas industry. Besides, this was expanded to include provisioning of maintenance services, fabrication operations, hook-up and commissioning and charter of marine vessels. This company has been awarded with numerous contracts including those by Petronas Carigali, Sarawak Shell Berhad and ExxonMobil. In line with its emphasis on quality, DESB was accredited with an MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certified by SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd in June 2017. In addition to that, Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad also received the Grand Award from ExxonMobil and Petronas Carigali, as recognition of safety excellence in 2004. Since 2002, Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad has been the annual recipient of Petronas Carigali Certificate of Appreciation.

On 18 February 2019, I bought 1000 units at RM 0.83 per share in total is RM 830.00. The price keep increasing until RM 1.71. Furthermore, based on Moving average analysis the line is in rising trend channel, which a good signal for investors to buy their first stocks. Besides, the candlestick chart changed the colour from green to red which means its giving signal to buy stocks as it is in down trend channel. Based on Relative Strength Index, it’s less than 70 and started to decline which means the price is going to decreased so investor can buy more stocks at this point with the hope that the price will increase in future drastically.
