The IELTS speaking test is in 3 parts:
Interaction Part 1 Introduction and Interview
You will have the chance to speak on familiar topics. The examiner will ask you fairly simple questions about familiar topics, which you will be comfortable with. Here you can demonstrate your basic fluency.
4-5 minutes Part 2 Short Talk 3-4 minutes
You will talk non stop for 1-2 minutes on a topic chosen by the IELTS examiner. You have 1 minute to prepare (taking notes is possible), the topics chosen will be familiar to you e.g. about a famous person.
Part 3
Linked to the topic before (famous person) you will be asked more questions and your answers Two-way discussion should be longer than in Part 1. 4-5 minutes 11-14 minutes

Fluency
Linking words, correct yourself, keep going and talk on topic, joining ideas together
Vocabulary
Appropriate words, explaining something in a different way when you can't find the word, use a variety of words, idiomatic language
Grammar and Accuracy
You use complex spoken sentences, the rest you should know by now!
Pronunciation
Using stress in the right places, using emphasis and being clear when you talk!
