WEEK : 10 MODULE : Text Utility / Software Application L/AREA : 2.1 L/O/COMES : 2.1.4 , 2.1.5 MODULE OBJECTIVES : By the end of this lesson, pupils Should be able to: 1. Save a new file in the diskette. 2. Exit 3. Open the existing document. ACTIVITIES : 1. Teacher asks questions based on pupils previous knowledge ( functions of text utility. ) 2. Teacher asks pupils to switch on the assigned PC and open a document in word pad. 3. Teacher explains and show the steps taken to save the text on the screen in to a diskette. 4. Instruction used

Step 1 : Click the File on the menu toolbar. Then, click Save As. Step 2: In the pull down menu click the drive Floppy( A) Step 3:

Type a name for the file in the File name box.(eg. Siti ).Then, click save.

Steps 4: Click File at the menu bar, click Exit.
