PROGRAM
Hotel Villa D’Amelia Welcome drinks and dinner at the Hotel Wine course for enthusiasts and aspiring connoisseurs of Langhe and Roero wines Visit to local vinyard Visit to Alba and the international white truffle fair Visit to underground cathedarals of Canelli Gala Dinner at Contratto
The proposal includes: Transport All transport required during the weekend, including airport transfer. Hotel - 3 nights stay per person at Hotel Villa D’Amelia - Breakfast Buffet. - Welcome drinks - 3 course welcome dinner including water and coffee excluding wine. Wine course - Wine tasting at the Banca Del Vino where 3-5 wines of the region will be tasted. - 3 course lunch including tasting of 3-4 wines. - Visit a local wine producer. Dinner in La morra - A 3 course dinner including water, coffee and wine. Guided tour of Alba and the white truffle market Gala dinner at Contratto - Guided visit to the underground cathedrals. - Aperitivo tasting the different spumante of the house. - 5 course dinner including tasting of the house different wines.
INSPIRATIONALS
An ICE representative will be there the whole time making sure everything runs smoothly and making sure all guests are happy and their requirements are met through out the whole weekend.
THURSDAY 16.00 Arrival and transfer to hotel 19.00 Welcome drink and dinner

Welcome drink and dinner
The welcome drink will be held in the hotel followed by a 3 course traditional meal in the gastronomic restaurant.
INSPIRATIONALS
An ICE representative will be at the airport to welcome the guests. There will be refreshments on the transfer to the hotel. In each room there will be a little present for the guests.
FRIDAY 09.00 Breakfast in the hotel 10.00 A half day wine coure with a sommilier from the region held at Italys largest wine bank. 13.00 A lunch will be enjoyed in a traditional Langhe restaurant together with the sommelier. 15.00 A visit to an important wine producer in the region. 20.00 A relaxed dinner in La Morra
Course for enthusiasts and aspiring connoisseurs of Langhe and Roero Wines
In one of Italys largest wine banks a 3 hour course with a local sommelier will intorduce the guests to the different wines of Piemonte. During the course they will also be introduced to different wine tasting techniques, ideal serving temperatures, decanting and glasses to use. 3-5 wines will be tasted. During the lunch they will be introduced to another 3-4 wines from the region and learn the techinque of matching wine with different types of food. After lunch they will visit an important producer in the region. (Choice of restaurant and producer will depend on number of people)

SATURDAY 09.00 Breakfast in the hotel 10.00 The day will be spent in Alba visiting the Famous truffle fair and some free time for sightseeing and shopping. 17.00 Departure from the hotel to Canelli and the Italian Champagne region for a visit to the beautiful underground cathedrals of the spumante producer Contratto. 20.00 Gala dinner at Contratto.
Alba and the Truffle Fair
This small Piedmontese town attracts some of the world’s greatest chefs for the annual Truffle Auction, Festival and Market (Fiera del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba). The fair, with white truffles and a whole host of truffle-related produce, takes place at weekends in October and on the first weekend of November from 8am-8pm.
Canelli
Canelli is the home of the Italian Champagne known as Spumante. The guest will visit the beautiful underground cathedrals, included in the UNESCO world list of Cultural Heritage, of the producer Contratto.
Gala Dinner
A 4 course gala dinner will, prepared but a Michelin* chef will be served in the beautiful galleries of Contratto. www.contratto.it

Depending on departure times activities will be organised accordingly.
