BREATHWORK Breathing consciously, or with awareness, opens up access to the psyche through the body. Breath awareness works as a catalyst, and through practicing breathwork we discover a simple and natural way to access the internal world. Conscious breathing could be defined as a type of psychotherapy. It supports a sense of well-being, and as a healing technique it is also a powerful aid to spiritual growth.

The purpose of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) is to promote a heart-centred approach to breathwork, its theory and practice,for the expansion of consciousness and for personal and global transformation The International Breathwork Foundation is open to anyone interested in conscious breathing, well-being, health and healing. It is a resource for people who use conscious breath for spiritual purification – or simply for having a good time! IBF is a global network that shares up-todate information about breathwork theories, techniques, experiences, schools and methods.

The Global Inspiration Conference (GIC) Is hosted in a different country every year,under the patronage of the IBF. This years conference “Inspiring Love”, is hosted in Mexico . From 6th to 13th July 2009 in Oaxtepec, Morelos, Mexico

THE GLOBAL INSPIRATION CONFERENCE Is an opportunity for people who share an interest in breathwork to meet. It is a space for lectures, debates, seminars and workshops. The annual conference is an inspiring occasion to exchange perspectives on breath and life! It provides a creative forum to teach and learn about breathwork. The GIC encourages the active involvement of all people involved in conscious breath. It presents cooperative activities that have the transformational tool of breathwork at their core.

It is a chance to participate in a week of love, connection and transformation with people from all around the world.
