Dear Madam: Good day! The English Club will celebrate its 17th DCLC CUP on March 30, 2019 in accordance with The English Club's proposals in the College of Arts and Languages Department in Cooperation with the College of Education. To make this possible I would like to seek cooperation from the English teachers from all campuses to further discuss the event. In line with this, I am asking from your good office to kindly give us the list of active English instructors/professors in our institution, with the inclusion of the teachers from the satellite branches. The reason for such request is in order for the organization to set who will be the chairman for the various categories which will be held on the DCLC Cup. The date for the said meeting will be on February 27, 2019. Your favorable consideration and approval will be much appreciated.

Request list in Audio Visual Room (AVR) February 16 (Saturday) (9 AM - 12 NN) AVR/ AUDIO VISUAL ROOM 2 microphones Sound system Podium AirCon Projector Chairs and Tables
