Answer 11 – Yes, initially he is having pan and bidi stall after he opened general stores items so person who comes to purchase items which are related to pan, bidi will take items related to general stores so there is no need to go to other shop. In morning there are few customers who purchase itam like pan, mava, citrates, bidi for entire day.



There are few customers who purchase above items in peas basis.



There are few customers who comes after few days but purchase items related to general stores in bulk quantities.

There customers in the morning related to pan and bidi are in so hurry and they collect items for whole day and to handle this kind of customers is very difficult task.



Some time drunk customers approach in the night few are using abused word and some time they demand the things which may not be available and behaves in a rude manner as if they are doing strong favor on us.
