Human Evolution A Tract Book Essay By Anthony J. Fejfar, J.D., Esq., Coif © Copyright 2007 by Anthony J. Fejfar

I am an evolutionary theist. I have read Chardin and Bergson, and it makes sense to me that evolution is the source of humanity, but at the same time that God is, and was, involved. Some evolutionists take the position that humans evolved from hominid apes. Although some of the scientific work underlying that position has been discredited. I propose a different evolutionary explanation or hypothesis. I argue that humans evolved from sentient amphibians life forms not apes. I think that it is much more probable that humans were an amphibian type mammal that breathed and stayed in the ocean much like Porpoises or Dolphins. They probably mated and raised their young in shallow ocean beach water like that found on the California coast in the U.S.A. At some point, these amphibians probably started getting out of the water and onto the beach to sun themselves just like seals and walruses do today. They probably began to find some types of food that they could eat,

on, or close to the beach, and eventually moved inland using inland streams. After awhile they began to forage, or perhaps hunt further and further from water and learned how to build sleep shelters, eventually becoming tribal villages. That’s my hypothesis. What do you think?
