Important configuration HPLMN Searching time minimum:6minutes; maximum: 8hours.

1) 3G Subscriber search VPLMN and HPLMN in co-cover area.

2) He will select HPLMN network periodically.

3G Subscriber will do HPLMN reselect after he leave the WCDMA coverage area and return to GSM network.
