What is landmark? • a landmark literally meant a geographic feature used by explorers and others to find their way back or through an area •In modern usage, a landmark includes anything that is easily recognizable, such as a monument, building, or other structure •The landmarks in Malaysia signify the aesthetic expression of culture and everything about Malaysia

KLCC •Petronas Twin Towers is the world tallest building standing 451.9 m high.

Merdeka Square •Dataran Merdeka (Independence Square) is appropriately named because it was at this place on August 30, 1957, the Malayan flag was hoisted for the first time in the country's history upon gaining independence from the British rule. •The flagpole is the tallest in the world and live entertainment and cultural shows are staged at the amphitheatre on festive occasions.

Menara KL •The Kuala Lumpur Tower (KL Tower or Menara KL) which looms majestically at a height of 421m above sea level, is more than just a prominent and arresting landmark.
