Resources to be acquired:
The response that we received so far from organizations and individual tourists and food lovers from around the globe is unbelievable which has boosted our morals and has met our anticipation of the budget. So far whatever funds we generated are the struggle of only a week. We still have three weeks left to start the festival. We need Rs. 62,000,000 more which will be generated as soon as more clients will come in touch and will ask for stalls. The probable funds that will be generated are more than 100,000,000 rupees which are more than enough to finance the daily entertainment related expenses, security personnel expenses, expenses for the material rented for the event, i.e., chairs, tables, etc. Moreover we have prepared teams for crises management to deal with any kind of unfavorable circumstances if appeared anytime during the event. We are hopeful and fully prepared that this event will be a big success for us and for the people of Pakistan as a whole.
