How To Give Actylase For Mi Patients

`How to give actylase for MI patients 1- Provide two access veins (2 IV cannula) the 1st one for actylase and the other for other medications. 2- Give 5000 i.u heparin IV. 3- Actylase in MI that has onset within 6 hrs and for patients that had body weight more than 65kg is: i- Give 15mg i.v bolus over 2 minutes. ii- Give 50mg i.v over 30 minutes on rate 100cc/hr. iiiGive 35mg i.v over 1 hr on rate 35cc/hr. 4- Give heparin 1000 i.u/hr to maintain PTT between 50-70 sec. 5- For patients who have body weight less than 65kg: i- 15mg IV bolus. ii- 0.75mg /kg over 30 minutes (max. =50mg) iii0.5mg /kg over 60 minutes (max. = 35mg).
