Ito kasi ang isa sa palaging naitatanong sakin ng mga aspiring online entrepreneurs na nagsisimula gumawa ng sarili nilang Information Products Online (Courses, e-Books, etc). Honestly, naiintindihan kita. Ganyan din kasi tanong ko dati. When I was starting out, pag sinabing “Online Business”, it’s automatic na kelangan ko magbenta ng mga damit, sapatos, bag, etc. At para kumita, kelangan ko mag post sa ibat-ibang Facebook groups, mag-tag ng madaming tao, hoping na makabenta….Hmmm. - Sana ganun nga lang kadali.
I want to be TRANSPARENT with you as much as possible. I’m not going to talk to you about “bilog-bilog” or Networking. I’m not going to teach about spamming other people online. Lalong lalo na I’m not going to talk to you about “quick rich scheme”. What I want to share to you is how you can build a long term business that can provide a lifestyle that will give you time and financial freedom that you want. A business where Passion, Purpose, and Profit are aligned. Pero uunahan na kita, you need to give TIME on this kind of business. Working hard in a SMART way is the key.

MLM MOMENTS I really worked hard and gave my all to grow my team in MLM, but… there are unexpected things that happened ● Sulutan ng downlines ● Yung mga Uplines lumipat na sa ibang company ● We are not earning enough though we do daily flyering, posting sa “Poste” - Literal, tagging all people in Facebook about our offer, inviting lahat ng tao (kahit di mo close, basta daw humihinga, prospect” ● Power kami ng power, pero sa totoo, walang wala na kami. CORPORATE WORLD MOMENTS I was working in office from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 pm. Kumita ako kensenas katapusan (15/30). Pero paulit ulit lang ang nangyayari. Pagkatapos ng Sahod, ilang araw lang, ubos na agad. To cut the long story short, wala akong naiipon. Nakakapagod na routine. I asked God for change. After that short prayer, Little by little, He led me to like-minded individuals who have a desire to help others as well.
MY FINANCIAL LITERACY JOURNEY I started to build my Solid Financial Foundation when I was 20 years old. While my peers are enjoying the “gala now, be broke later”, I started to become more responsible with my finances. I suggest that you write it down in your notebook and just list everything that will come in your mind. Don’t be too hard for yourself. Don’t try to edit. Just write freely. Clarifying Question: “What Are The Things That I Love Doing?” Is it writing, speaking, cooking, videography, photography, etc.? ‘Yung tipong kahit di ka bayaran, gagawin mo kasi mahal mo ang ginagawa mo. Once na madiscover mo to, yung problema sa time will fade, kasi usually I f mahal natin ang isang bagay / passion natin to, hahanap tayo ng oras para magawa sya. Keyword: Passion You might be thinking… Mafe get’s ko na, pero…. …Dinidiscourage na ako ng pamilya ko …Natatakot akong mareject unit …Sino ba naman ako para magsulat libro? Di naman ako magaling.. …Magwowork kaya to? …Gusto ko, kaso wala akong pera Kung ito naman ang struggle mo, kelangan mo itong itanong sa sarili mo ito: Clarifying Question: “What’s my deepest reasons of wanting to learn about Building my own Information Product Business?” Like the previous question, you can write your answers in your own notebook. I don’t know what’s the best product to sell or launch.. I don’t know who will be my audience.. I don’t know how to give title for my book.. This is where the second phase comes in, which is the Information Business Awareness Phase. You have to ask yourself, “What are the biggest struggles of my market (people I want to serve) that I’ll help them solve? You have to keep in mind that you’ll be creating a business that must aim to help your audience. Focus on the benefits that you can provide for them in the title of your book. Choose an audience that you love to serve with specific problem that you are passionate to solve as well. Keyword: Problems Okay Mafe, Pero.... I don't know how to position myself and my brand.. Here’s the fact, you cannot serve everyone. Though it’s cool to think that we can serve the whole world since we are online, we know that it’s impossible to make an impact if you sell all things. Like one of my mentor used to say, if you’re trying to serve everyone, you’re serving NO ONE. CHRISTIANINFOPRENEURSACADEMY.COM Clarifying Question: “Who are the specific group of people that I wanted to serve?” In my brand: It’s clear to me that I wanted to serve Filipino Christians who has a desire to start their own Information Business. How about you? Do you want to serve freelancers, Single Moms, Dads with Pre-school kids, Young Professionals? Who are they? Keyword: Positioning Okay Mafe, Pero.... I don’t know the right strategy to use to offer my service I don’t know how to organize my thoughts to create audiobook / eBook This is where our third phase comes in, which is the Business Building Phase To overcome this struggles above, you have to ask yourself this question below: Clarifying Question: “What is the value / solutions that I can provide to help my readers save time in achieving their goals? If you answered that question, that’s the best strategy ever, because you are helping them. Organizing your thoughts using a mind mapping tool will help to remove all the clutter. I suggest that you organize your thoughts in a way that it will be easier for the people you serve to consume. And they can follow it step by step. Keyword: Profit for your market © Copyright. 2018. I don’t have time to build my information business I’m not Techie; don’t know how to make website, etc. To solve this issue, there is one option: Ask help from someone by hiring them to work with you. There are plenty of freelancing platform out there that will help you to connect with the right freelancer that you’re looking for. You can go to 199jobs.com to see different freelancers that might help you. Keyword: Pass Okay Mafe, Pero.... I don’t know how to get people’s attention How can they trust me and buy product from me? This is where our fourth phase comes in, which is the Relationship Phase. Question: If a stranger come to you, and said, “Well you marry me?” Ano gagawin mo? Ang usual response sakin ng mga tinanung ko is… …Deadma …Sasapakin …Tatakbo, kasi baliw daw. Kakatuwa yung mga reactions, pero all of those are valid. In Information Business, the principle is the same. Usually, wala satin ang gustong mabentahan agad agad. We usually want to try it out before we buy something right? Kaya nauso ang free tastes sa mall. Sa online world naman, we will notice that there’s plenty of people giving free reports, videos, trainings, etc. Things that is valuable to their market, in order to build relationship to their market. © Copyright. 2018. Ito yung pinoprovide ng “Free reports” and “Free trainings” that most ethical marketers provide. You have to keep in mind that it’s important for us to focus on helping our market. Don’t propose agad, in other words, mag benta agad. Make sure to give value first, and help them before you offer your high end offer to them. Okay Mafe, Pero.... I don’t know how to Market effectively I don’t know how to increase my engagement I’m a newbie, how can they trust me? How can I drive traffic with my post? This is where our fifth phase comes in, which is the Sales phase.

There are different ways to drive traffic / Customers to your business. You can use the free ways : Which are Virality, Guest Post, Experts Interview or the Paid ways: which are Fb Ads, Google Adsense, Blog Advertisements, etc.
Just make sure that before you offer them something paid, you already provided valuable tips that will help them solve their problems.
Why Information Business Is So Lucrative? 1. You can start building it even though you're still having your 8-5 job This gives you peace of mind somehow that if it doesn't work that quickly, you can still provide for your family, especially if you are the breadwinner. 2. Very Limited Start-Up Capital Basically, what you will need are hosting and domain name that would cost less than a thousand. No inventory, no shipping. 3. Huge Potential Even though we have a small capital, it doesn't mean that our potential income is small too. It's the other way around, to be honest. Why? Because you can actually reach anyone around the world (if they are part of your market). 4. It can be a venue for you to hone your talents. In my case, I always love to share my thoughts to help others in their journey that's why I created eBooks, podcast, videos, etc. This journey is really challenging but it's rewarding too because you know deep down that your are growing as a person, and your helping others too.

I AM DOUBTFUL, FEARFUL, AND I’M NOT SURE Like You, I was hesitant din at first to Invest In courses and Invest in my God-given talents. First, because madami na akong natry and it didn't work. Second, I have fears kasi di naman ako magaling magsulat, magsalita, etc. I am undecided. Until I read one quote on Facebook that says: "If you want something that you've never done before, you should do something that you've never done before" Then I meditated one story in the Bible about the 3 servants and it really moved me. I told to myself, Lord I want na one day, when we finally meet up, you will tell to me "Good and faithful servant" So I take a leap of faith during those moments and give all those courses a try. I look at it as my investment. The same way i'm investing in stock to increase my financial portfolio. The same way we go to church to grow in our spiritual life and we give time and attention to our loved ones and our family for us to take care of our relationship. I MUST invest in myself too, for me to increase my "Mindset Portfolio" and serve more the people I want to serve.
The courses that I enrolled to are not cheap courses. It's a huge investment that I have to invest in order for me to improve and really move forward toward His call.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE TO START MY INFORMATION BUSINESS? 1. Computer / Laptop 2. Internet connection 3. Willingness to work few hours daily to make your Information business work. You don’t need to be an expert, as long as you're passionate to learn and help the market you serve. You don’t need to be “techy” because there are people you can hire for minimal cost. You don’t even need to quit your job or what you're doing right now to make it work. To be honest, I want you to take a safe route and be cautious in your decisions because I know that it will help a lot.

WHY MANY CHRISTIANS ARE STUCK? Negative Beliefs is one of the top reasons that unconsciously made most of us stuck. Sad to say, many people still believe that “Money is the root of all evil”, but the Bible says the “Love of money is the root of all evil”. Not money itself. In other words, it will still depends on the beholder.
THE TRUTH The original plan of God for us is to have an abundant life (in all areas). In fact, there are so many promises in the Bible and sad to say many Christians didn't take hold of it, instead follow what other people or the world says. Below are some of those. ...I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:10 And the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. CORPORATE WORLD MOMENTS I was working in office from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 pm. Kumita ako kensenas katapusan (15/30). Pero paulit ulit lang ang nangyayari. Pagkatapos ng Sahod, ilang araw lang, ubos na agad. To cut the long story short, wala akong naiipon. Nakakapagod na routine. I asked God for change. After that short prayer, Little by little, He led me to like-minded individuals who have a desire to help others as well.

I suggest that you write it down in your notebook and just list everything that will come in your mind. Don’t be too hard for yourself. Don’t try to edit. Just write freely. Clarifying Question: “What Are The Things That I Love Doing?” Is it writing, speaking, cooking, videography, photography, etc.? ‘Yung tipong kahit di ka bayaran, gagawin mo kasi mahal mo ang ginagawa mo. Once na madiscover mo to, yung problema sa time will fade, kasi usually I f mahal natin ang isang bagay / passion natin to, hahanap tayo ng oras para magawa sya. Keyword: Passion You might be thinking… Mafe get’s ko na, pero…. …Dinidiscourage na ako ng pamilya ko …Natatakot akong mareject unit …Sino ba naman ako para magsulat libro? Di naman ako magaling.. …Magwowork kaya to? …Gusto ko, kaso wala akong pera Kung ito naman ang struggle mo, kelangan mo itong itanong sa sarili mo ito: Clarifying Question: “What’s my deepest reasons of wanting to learn about Building my own Information Product Business?” Like the previous question, you can write your answers in your own notebook. I don’t know what’s the best product to sell or launch.. I don’t know who will be my audience.. I don’t know how to give title for my book.. This is where the second phase comes in, which is the Information Business Awareness Phase. You have to ask yourself, “What are the biggest struggles of my market (people I want to serve) that I’ll help them solve? You have to keep in mind that you’ll be creating a business that must aim to help your audience. Focus on the benefits that you can provide for them in the title of your book. Choose an audience that you love to serve with specific problem that you are passionate to solve as well. Keyword: Problems Okay Mafe, Pero.... I don't know how to position myself and my brand.. Here’s the fact, you cannot serve everyone. Though it’s cool to think that we can serve the whole world since we are online, we know that it’s impossible to make an impact if you sell all things. Like one of my mentor used to say, if you’re trying to serve everyone, you’re serving NO ONE. CHRISTIANINFOPRENEURSACADEMY.COM Clarifying Question: “Who are the specific group of people that I wanted to serve?” In my brand: It’s clear to me that I wanted to serve Filipino Christians who has a desire to start their own Information Business. How about you? Do you want to serve freelancers, Single Moms, Dads with Pre-school kids, Young Professionals? Who are they? Keyword: Positioning Okay Mafe, Pero.... I don’t know the right strategy to use to offer my service I don’t know how to organize my thoughts to create audiobook / eBook This is where our third phase comes in, which is the Business Building Phase To overcome this struggles above, you have to ask yourself this question below: Clarifying Question: “What is the value / solutions that I can provide to help my readers save time in achieving their goals? If you answered that question, that’s the best strategy ever, because you are helping them. Organizing your thoughts using a mind mapping tool will help to remove all the clutter. I suggest that you organize your thoughts in a way that it will be easier for the people you serve to consume. And they can follow it step by step. Keyword: Profit for your market © Copyright. 2018. I don’t have time to build my information business I’m not Techie; don’t know how to make website, etc. To solve this issue, there is one option: Ask help from someone by hiring them to work with you. There are plenty of freelancing platform out there that will help you to connect with the right freelancer that you’re looking for. You can go to 199jobs.com to see different freelancers that might help you. Keyword: Pass Okay Mafe, Pero.... I don’t know how to get people’s attention How can they trust me and buy product from me? This is where our fourth phase comes in, which is the Relationship Phase. Question: If a stranger come to you, and said, “Well you marry me?” Ano gagawin mo? Ang usual response sakin ng mga tinanung ko is… …Deadma …Sasapakin …Tatakbo, kasi baliw daw. Kakatuwa yung mga reactions, pero all of those are valid. In Information Business, the principle is the same. Usually, wala satin ang gustong mabentahan agad agad. We usually want to try it out before we buy something right? Kaya nauso ang free tastes sa mall. Sa online world naman, we will notice that there’s plenty of people giving free reports, videos, trainings, etc. Things that is valuable to their market, in order to build relationship to their market. © Copyright. 2018. Ito yung pinoprovide ng “Free reports” and “Free trainings” that most ethical marketers provide. You have to keep in mind that it’s important for us to focus on helping our market. Don’t propose agad, in other words, mag benta agad. Make sure to give value first, and help them before you offer your high end offer to them. Okay Mafe, Pero.... I don’t know how to Market effectively I don’t know how to increase my engagement I’m a newbie, how can they trust me? How can I drive traffic with my post? This is where our fifth phase comes in, which is the Sales phase.

There are different ways to drive traffic / Customers to your business. You can use the free ways : Which are Virality, Guest Post, Experts Interview or the Paid ways: which are Fb Ads, Google Adsense, Blog Advertisements, etc.
Just make sure that before you offer them something paid, you already provided valuable tips that will help them solve their problems.
Why Information Business Is So Lucrative? 1. You can start building it even though you're still having your 8-5 job This gives you peace of mind somehow that if it doesn't work that quickly, you can still provide for your family, especially if you are the breadwinner. 2. Very Limited Start-Up Capital Basically, what you will need are hosting and domain name that would cost less than a thousand. No inventory, no shipping. 3. Huge Potential Even though we have a small capital, it doesn't mean that our potential income is small too. It's the other way around, to be honest. Why? Because you can actually reach anyone around the world (if they are part of your market). 4. It can be a venue for you to hone your talents. In my case, I always love to share my thoughts to help others in their journey that's why I created eBooks, podcast, videos, etc. This journey is really challenging but it's rewarding too because you know deep down that your are growing as a person, and your helping others too.

I AM DOUBTFUL, FEARFUL, AND I’M NOT SURE Like You, I was hesitant din at first to Invest In courses and Invest in my God-given talents. First, because madami na akong natry and it didn't work. Second, I have fears kasi di naman ako magaling magsulat, magsalita, etc. I am undecided. Until I read one quote on Facebook that says: "If you want something that you've never done before, you should do something that you've never done before" Then I meditated one story in the Bible about the 3 servants and it really moved me. I told to myself, Lord I want na one day, when we finally meet up, you will tell to me "Good and faithful servant" So I take a leap of faith during those moments and give all those courses a try. I look at it as my investment. The same way i'm investing in stock to increase my financial portfolio. The same way we go to church to grow in our spiritual life and we give time and attention to our loved ones and our family for us to take care of our relationship. I MUST invest in myself too, for me to increase my "Mindset Portfolio" and serve more the people I want to serve.
The courses that I enrolled to are not cheap courses. It's a huge investment that I have to invest in order for me to improve and really move forward toward His call.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE TO START MY INFORMATION BUSINESS? 1. Computer / Laptop 2. Internet connection 3. Willingness to work few hours daily to make your Information business work. You don’t need to be an expert, as long as you're passionate to learn and help the market you serve. You don’t need to be “techy” because there are people you can hire for minimal cost. You don’t even need to quit your job or what you're doing right now to make it work. WHY MANY CHRISTIANS ARE STUCK? Negative Beliefs is one of the top reasons that unconsciously made most of us stuck. Sad to say, many people still believe that “Money is the root of all evil”, but the Bible says the “Love of money is the root of all evil”. Not money itself. In other words, it will still depends on the beholder.
THE TRUTH The original plan of God for us is to have an abundant life (in all areas). In fact, there are so many promises in the Bible and sad to say many Christians didn't take hold of it, instead follow what other people or the world says. Below are some of those. ...I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:10 And the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you.
