The Mountain Paradise Hotel is a new option in the volcano area being just a few minutes from the town of San Ignacio. It is an excellent location to visit many of the area´s attractions. The Mountain Paradaise Hotel is a project with a strong emphasis on personalized services and guest privacy. Besides a wonderful environment surrounding the Hotel and inside of it. The Mountain Paradise Hotel is an amazing experience that guests will never forget.

All customers are treated in a courteous manner at all times, in order to make customers feel comfortable and welcome.

All employee breaks and personal business are conducted out of the view of customers. Employees dealing with customers are presented themselves in a professional manners and dress accordingly. They are often trained in order to interact in a effective way with customers. A conscious effort is made to assist a customer in finding

what they need and/or in solving a problem. Because in this way we solve more problems efficiently.



CHECK - IN: From 14:00 hours



CHECK – OUT: 12:00 hours There are baggage lockers available for early or late check outs.

 

 

CANCELLATION: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED: All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

  

All children under 2 years are charged $ 20.00 per night and person for cots.

  

All older children or adults are charged $ 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.

  Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cost in a room is 2.  Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.



 

Mountain Paradise Hotel was created with two important purposes to know the ecotourism of the San Ignacio area and to provide more employees in the location of San Ignacio in this way help with the economy of the people and country. Was founded by Glendy Galdamez, Yancy Gutierrez and Susana Aleman. When this group of investors always had the vision to have the most beautiful and comfortable mountain hotel because in this way the National and

International tourist will have the opportunity to know the natural resources that El Salvador has. They had the project and land but not the enough money to begin with the hotel. In 2008 they had the opportunity to know John Theyson investor to help them with the project. At the begin was difficult to convince because he had a lot of doubt about hotel. When was presented with the plan, they were awed by Mountain Paradise Hotel. This Hotel will be unique in Central America with a family concept and good quality service Mountain Paradise Hotel is now a reality.  

A central parking area has been designed in order to maintain visual and sonic contamination to a minimum. There are golf carts available to take you from the main areas to the rooms if desired. Special parking is also available for tour buses. The hotel consists in three categories: Master suite, Junior suite, Premium suit, a restaurant with capacity for 80 people, adult and children’s swimming pool, jacuzzi and wet bar.

All the rooms are equipped with “My Home Intelligent Systems”, a king size bed, fine wood furniture, flat screen televisions with cable, wireless internet, international access telephones and a jacuzzi. The two-bedroom Suites have a total construction of 140 sq meters (1506.94 sq feet). Besides the standard features in all the rooms, the suite has a private garden swimming pool with view of the volcano, a sitting area, 2 bathrooms – master bath has jacuzzi. Each Junior Suite is 70 sq meters (753.43 sq feet), an outdoor jacuzzi facing the volcano, private garden and rock embedded shower.

Some of the personalized services offered by Mountain Paradise include breakfast served in your room upon request and free scheduled transportation to San Ignacio. The restaurants are 690 sq meters (7427 sq feet) and have been designed in a way that you will have an uninterrupted view of the volcano from anywhere in the building. With high arches and ceilings and no doors, you will be able to enjoy first class meals in a totally natural atmosphere.
