The service life of flexible hoses depends frequently on the way in which they are installed. If the following points are always adhered to, the hoses may be used in an optimal way to give a longer service life: n each hose must be installed in a way which avoids any stresses or strains: establish required hose lengths and adhere to recommended bend radius so as to avoid bends, flattening or fluid restrictions.

In order to guarantee the best working and safety condition of the STÄUBLI flexible hoses, it is necessary to respect the followings: n operating temperature (be aware of pic temperature and heat spot).

n the maximum working pressure.

n fluids comptability.

EQUIPPED HOSES (AIRFLEX-S - AIRTANE - LORPRENE - NYLFLEX) Temperature and pressure data indicated for each hose are set up according to specific assembly & working condition as follows: n only STÄUBLI original parts (hose, socket, clamp, plug...) n room temperature : 20 deg. C n ungreased and oil free on all components n screw clamp torque:
