Lessons to be Learned Ensure that all cables and connectors are properly identified and corrected. Ensure personnel's are not present on work site and are restricted during test. Ensure adequate house keeping on site. WRPs’ should ensure they provide adequate supervisory coverage in all their work areas. Ensure HIPOT accessories, cables and equipments are inspected regularly.
