Dear Himanshu, We are glad to inform that based on your application and subsequent discussions with us; we are pleased to inform that you have been offered the post of trainee IT support and network developer in our organization. As a trainee you will be in probation for a period of 1 to 3 months which can be reduced or increased based on your performance during this period. You will be entitled for a stipend of Rs: 5000 during your probation period which will soon be followed after your one month training. After successful completion of the probation period, you shall be under full time employment with BCS technologies or with clients of BCS. Your starting CTC with BCS shall be between Rs 96000 Lakh to 1.2 Lakh per annum after probation.
