What does Stress mean? Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world.

What is Job Stress?

The harmful physical and emotional responses that occur when the requirements of the job do not match the capabilities, resources, or needs of the worker. Job stress can lead to poor health and even injury.

Nature of Stress Stress is of both positive and negative types. It’s effect varies from one individual to other. It affects the productivity of a person.
