Take-Off Drive off of outside leg Lift other leg up and high Drive upwards using arms Stay upright during and after take-off
Flight Use arms to guide rest of the body over the bar Push hips up Arch back to create a curve Lift legs over bar last being careful not to kick it
Landing Land on back and shoulders Use arms to help with impact on landing Control legs down Get off the mat quickly
