Trauma: 65 y/o Male with history of Headache and Falling. 

SAH reported on outside CT.

Trauma: 73 y/o With history of trauma and proptosis. 

R/O Orbital Fracture.

Trauma: 57 y/o With history of head injury and swollen eye. 

R/O Orbital Hematoma.

Stroke: 63 y/o with hemiparsis. 

Is this an acute infarct?

Stroke: 69 y/o with posterior fossa signs. 

This infarct appears old; patient has new symptoms.

Stroke: 6 months old with new onset of non febrile seizure. 

Does he have an infarction or a tumor?

Stroke: 32 y/o one week post partum, presents with headache followed by hemiparesis. 

What is the cause of Intraparenchymal hemorrhage?

Headache, SAH: 67 y/o with sever headache. 

Why the subarachnoid hemorrhage is so limited and focal?

Headache, SAH: 59 y/o with sever headache. 

Non aneurysmal origin!

Headache & Seizure: 35 y/o with sever headache followed by SZ. 

What is the cause of subarachnoid and Intraparenchymal hemorrhages?

Headache & Seizure: 43 y/o with sever headache followed by SZ. 

What is the cause of the Intraparenchymal hemorrhage?

Headache & Ataxia: 72 y/o with sever headache and loss of balance. 

Is this a Hypertensive Hematoma?

Acute Altered Mental Status: 29 y/o two days post partum. 

Dose she have massive stroke?

Acute Altered Mental Status: 27 y/o with renal failure and drug abuse. 

Dose she have Intracranial hemorrhage?

Headaches & Altered Mental Status: 49 y/o with progressive headache and AMS. 

R/O Brain Tumor.

Headaches & Altered Mental Status: 71 y/o with progressive headache and AMS. 

R/O Brain Tumor.

Headaches & Altered Mental Status: 36 y/o with progressive headache, fever and AMS. 

R/O Brain Abscess.

Headache & Fever: 16 y/o with headache, fever and irritability. 

R/O Brain Abscess.

Headache & Fever: 14 y/o with headache, fever and Horner’s Syndrome. 

R/O Cavernous Sinus Thrombosis.

Shoulder Injury: 10 y/o post traumatic flail arm. 

R/O Cervical Spine Fracture.

Head Injury & Arm weakness: 26 y/o Post head injury with bilateral upper extremities numbness and weakness 

R/O Herniated Disk.

Acute paraplegia: 53 y/o with acute paraplegia following bending. 

R/O Herniated Disk.

Progressive Low Back Pain: 47 y/o with sever progressive low back pain. 

R/O Herniated Disk.
