Worked for OLPC India and Digital Bridge Foundation (DBF), a part of Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group to develop an application for the OLPC’s XO laptops. The application centered on promoting rural health awareness in a digital age. Tried to explore how strategy and content design development can provide digital inclusion through XO laptops in the field of rural health. Went to various villages in different states of India for a detailed user study and to meet different medical and academic professionals for the extensive research. Led a group of 2 to work on Linux and Simputers for the same project in summers 2006. Developed the same application for Simputers also. The system has been successfully deployed and is being used profusely in the institution.
