Really Listen Don’t only pay attention, but take note of important things that people say.

Learn From Mistakes Everyone makes mistakes. The key is to not keep making the same mistake over and over.

Be Positive Positive thinking makes positive things happen and others will want to be around you.

No Excuses Others aren’t interested in why you did or didn’t do something. Own your actions and accept the consequences.

Lose the Attitude Others find an “I am better than everyone else” attitude annoying. We are all equal and the rules apply to everyone.
