NOTE
最近長期稼働機関に於いて、潤滑油ポンプのギ アが損傷した事例が報告されました。開放点検整 備後８～１０ヶ月で発生していました。 調査の結果、駆動ギアの締め付け不良により、ギ アを固定しているキー及びキー溝が摩耗してギア の損傷に至ったと判明致しました。
Recently in long time operating engine, LO pump gear damages were reported. They occurred in 8 to 10 months after overhaul maintenance As the result of inspection, it was found that insufficient tightening for driving gear causes the gear fixing key and key groove abrasion, and which led to the gear damage.
本来、駆動ギア締め付けナットには平座金を使用 しますが、損傷品にはバネ座金が使用されていた ため、規定のトルクで締め付けても所定の締め付 け力（軸力）に達しなかったと考えられます。 また、現在は取扱説明書に規定締め付けトルクの 記載がありませんので、取扱説明書が改訂される まで、本サービス情報をご参考に点検整備を実施 下さい。
Originally, flat washer is used for driving gear tightening nut, but for damaged gear, spring washer was used. Therefore, it is regarded that even if the nut was tightened with specified tightening torque, tightening force did not reach to specified axial force. Presently, specified tightening torque is not described in the manual. Until the manual is revised, practice maintenance referring to this technical information.
《潤滑油ポンプ組付け時の留意点》 １．駆動ギア締め付けナットには必ず純正の平座 金を使用し、バネ座金は使用しないこと。
《 Attentions for assembling LO pump 》 1. Surely apply flat washer (genuine parts) to the driving gear tightening nut. Never use spring washer.
２．必ず規定トルクで締め付けて下さい。
2. Surely tighten with specified tightening torque.
規定締め付けトルク： 245N-m ( 25kgf-m ) 注）割ピン穴は追締め勝手で合わせて下さい。
Specified tightening torque : 245N-m (25kg-m) Att.: Adjust the split pin hole by ongoing tightening. バネ座金を使用した為、 締付力不足により、座 面にキズが付いた。
Spring washer made hard mark due to insufficient tightening force.
駆動ギアの損傷箇所と損傷情況 Damage area and damage condition
平座金では殆どキズは付かない。
Flat washer hardly makes mark.
