The four-day Green Belt certification program provides an understanding of each step in the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology and many of the associated analysis tools. The program combines lecture, class exercises, case studies, and team exercises. Six Sigma is by far the most successful Management Approach and has delivered results. Simply defined, Six Sigma is a powerful data driven, customer focused management methodology that delivers validated improvements in profitability and productivity. Professionals wanting to understand and implement Six Sigma methodology may attend the program.
