To The HOD Dept. of Petroleum Engineering and Earth Sciences UPES, Dehradun Dated: 14th March 2019 Sub: Request for approval of budget (Electrical, Civil and Flexes) Respected Sir, It is to inform you that the SRP (located at Rig zone area) is supposed to be covered with gravel to prevent slippage or any kind of hazards. It is also to be well equipped with lights and requires few electrical works like re-winding the motor etc. After having a prolong discussion with Mr. Vinay Issachar and Mr. Thappa (from the technical team of civil and electrical) as suggested by Brig. Dhillon; it was concluded that we would need 3 trucks of Gravel to be laid in the SRP region. The SRP and the Rig need proper lighting and minute motor works for illumination purpose and engine start-up. We would also require Flexes against each major equipments and machines.
