No’s. 01, 02, 04, 05, 07, 08, 09, 10&12: A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act, a State Act or an Institution recognised by the U.G.C. or an equivalent qualification. For P.C.No. 03: A Degree in Radio Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering. For P.C.No. 06: B.E.(Fire) Degree. If not available, any degree. For P.C.No. 11: A Degree in Commerce or Economics or Mathematics of a University with at least 2nd Class (OR) a CA of the UK or India or Incorporated Accountant (London).
