State of Montana Governor’s Proclamation
I hereby order all flags flown on property of the State of Montana to be flown at half-staff from this date until Veterans’ Day, November 11, 2009, to honor the Fort Hood massacre victims and their families. I invite interested organizations and individuals across the state to join in this observance.
Dated this 6th day of November, 2009.
